Rates & Reimbursements
Rates per session: $136-$160/therapy hour
Accepted Insurance Plans: Premera & Regence* (only some of our providers are in network with insurance). Please note that we do not accept insurance for couples therapy.
If you have another insurance provider, please check with them regarding out of network mental health coverage. Our clinicians can provide you with superbills, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the client to pay for their sessions and check with their insurance company regarding possible reimbursement rates.

Our sessions are 50 minutes. We can offer both in person and telehealth sessions.

Many clients come weekly or bi-weekly, but we can work with you on a schedule that fits your needs.

You can pay for your sessions up front, and we can provide you with "superbills" which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider about any out of network mental health benefits you have.
